Why I Made The Busy Mom Reset Kit

I’m a busy working mom with twin 7-year-old boys, a podcast, and a career in the entertainment industry that rarely believes in slow mornings, quiet schedules, or extra time.

Between work, family, producing content, recording interviews, and staying active in an industry that moves fast, I know what it feels like to carry too much in your head at once. A lot of moms know that feeling. You’re handling the schedule, the mental load, the work, the house, the check-ins, the remembering, the planning — and somehow still trying to be a person in the middle of it all.

That’s why I created The Busy Mom Reset Kit.

I didn’t want it to feel like another thing on the list. I wanted it to feel helpful, simple, and realistic. Something you could use when life feels like a lot.

This kit is made for real life. Not fantasy self-care. Not a six-step morning ritual involving silence, candles, and nobody asking where their sneakers are.

It includes simple pages to help you check in with yourself, reset your week, notice burnout earlier, and figure out what you actually need before you hit the wall. Some days that may mean using the Daily Self-Care Checklist. Other days it may mean going straight to the Burnout Warning Signs page or the Sunday Prep Sheet and trying to save future you from chaos.

And because I am personally not much of a print-it-out person, I made it to work for the way many of us actually live now:

  • use it on your phone

  • fill it out as a PDF

  • copy prompts into the Journal app on iPhone

  • or print it if you love physically writing things down

That part matters to me. I need low-friction tools. Open it, use it, move on with life.

At the same time, I know plenty of women who still love the feeling of pen to paper. So this works both ways. It’s phone-friendly, fillable, and printable.

Inside the kit, you’ll find:

  • a Daily Self-Care Checklist

  • a Weekly Reset Planner

  • a Mood + Energy Check-In

  • a Burnout Warning Signs page

  • a “What I Need Today” journal page

  • 5-Minute Reset Ideas

  • a 15-Minute Self-Care Menu

  • a Sunday Prep Sheet

Nothing overcomplicated. Nothing preachy. Just simple support for busy moms who are doing a lot.

Sometimes you do not need a whole new system. You just need a minute to regroup and one useful page that helps you feel a little more like yourself again.
